NE SD | That's a zero pressure return port which dumps into the rear end of the tractor. The pump that returns oil from the rear end of the tractor to the reservoie isn't very big and won't keep up with a fan, so your reservoir runs low and shuts down Scv. That is where you need to hook the case drain line.
Your return needs to be hooked to the Scv or the power beyond return port which is a low pressure return. The power beyond ports are the ones with the Allen wrench type plugs right under the Scv stack. They are at the top of your pic.
