Dealer told me a few days ago 13 sp auto shift adds less than 100 lbs to weight. Over 13 manual trans. New ones also have a "hill brake". To hold truck on an incline. They also will skip gears if not enough load to require going thru all of them. Was told they 're starting to sell more 18 speeds also.
Semi auto-trans weight?
