Jim, maybe you wore it out harvesting those bumper crops? Grin! We have had plugged air vents on fuel filler caps that defined all efforts to diagnose. Soaking them in solvent and blowing with air seems to iron out the problem until the next time. Of course your machine is more than likely new enough so they provided better fuel tank vents than older models had.
