gpscity.com has RAM mounts and are reasonably priced. I have bought a few things off them in the past and have been very happy.
Search for Monitor Mounts on thier site and it comes up with some. Just have to cross referance with the one on the back of the monitor. For the other end look in motorcycle or marine mounts for the clamp style end.
Where can I get this?
