Subject: New Case IH MX 235 or used that doesn't require DEF fluid?

IL
Dealer is pushing a new MX 235 and says CNH is really wanting to move them. The price I am getting is about the same as one thats a year or two old with 500+- hours. I am not too excited about needing to use the def fluid but have heard the motors run better and use less fuel than the pre def tractors. Is that true?

How big of a 330 turbo could I pull with a 235? The main thing the tractor will be used for is to pull the 16 row 1250 planter and grain cart in the fall.

Tell me the good and the bad about these tractors! Thanks!

Currently running a boxcar magnum and and love how bulletproof they are so I am a little hesitant to give it up!
