Eastern, IN | If I understand you post correctly, you have a broken gear on the rack that opens the door. Heat won't fix that! This happened to me several years ago on a 36', 9 ring bin. We simply pulled grain from the walk in door. We had no other option. The only other option would be to cut a hole in the side of the bin. Make sure you bin is anchored down well before you do this.
