Subject: How to keep tires new?

Eastern Ontario

Got some tires that show some cracks already. They are only 5 years old. Anything that can be applied to keep the rubber more elastic? Tires are not what they used to be. Previous set lasted almost 20 years. Don't think these will last that long.
