I got paid $14 an acre for mowing mostly grassy type hay ground. Very fine and slow going in half of it and hammer down the rest. This is with a 12ft. SP and doing another neighbor, who bales for the customer, a favor. He got 25, 1000lb-ish round bales off this 12 acre field if that helps. Joe
