Another thing I got to thinking about.  2012 scorching by mother nature paled in comparison to 93's drownding.  By far the worst crop grown "here" in the last 35 years came at that hand of the relentless rain.  2012 was more emotionally taxing, as you watched it wither everyday.  But in 1993, the rain started later, and crop was generally able to get planted....so far here, that hasn't been the case.
