Was at a place buying railroad ties this summer. The gut had payloader tires filled with concrete with a big pipe with a T on top-like a big clothes line. Shade material stretched between the two. Seemed like a pretty good deal.s
edit- sorry- I was just addressing the shade issue- wouldn't do you much good for winter.
