my parents were in minot today and they said the water laying around is unbelievable. hopefully the city doesn't get a flood like 2011 out of it. this big rain covere d quite an area that drains into the souris river. we off lucky with only 2" but just east of here was over 4". at least it came slow over a couple days so most soaked in rather than runoff.
