Subject: 5488 vs. 4640

I currently have a 4640. Looking at a 5488. Both 2WD. Both been overhauled. What am I gaining/ losing by trading for the 5488. Thanks. The 4640 is a Quad-Range and it's starting to act up. Thanks.
