Brandon, not sure how cold it gets for you, but refrigerators and freezers have changed. Old ones could take the cold temps and keep running, but the new ones when it gets cold they will quit working. You can google it and it will tell you this. I had a refrigerator in my garage and it was fine keeping things cold in the summer, but when the temps dipped too low the freezer part of the frig quit working. I would hate to see you loose a half a beef. I don't think they are meant to be out in the elements either.
