| A customer of mine brought an Ez Guide 500 with a Problem:
The power on/off Bottom is not working, the GPS just turns on by itself when I plugged the power cable. It had the latest firmware version, I downgraded then I upgraded it to check if the firmware could be the problem but it was not, the problem still persist.
The wierd point is that when I press the on/off Bottom the GPS Pharameters informations shows on the screen but on/off function does not work which makes me think that there is a software issue
The GPS has never been opened.
Somebody please help me
I have all firmwares, but not software, if any one has the EZ Guide 500 software and could provide I will appreciated.
