| Go with the Galaxy S4. I got the S3 last winter and love it. This is probably available on both platforms but I use a free app called Kingsoft Office to work with Microsoft Word and Excel files. There are many apps that will open these files and let you view them but this one actually lets you edit and save the changes. The other feature I like is that you can open the files directly from Google drive or Dropbox, make your edits, and then resave them to the cloud. Amazing for a free app IMO.
