Texas/New Mexico Stateline | I was the other one that was encroaching one time. I picked up a rental and had been farming it for two or 3 years at least. I just plowed right up to the turn row thinking that was the established line. Nobody ever said anything to me until they got ready to put in a fence and had it surveyed. I was at least 20' over onto their place. If they had just told me I would have tried to correct it.
Suspect whoever did the fieldwork just did not know. Catch them out there sometime and explain nicely where the property line is. |
