Subject: 750 and field iq population problems

I got a new to me 1200 case 8 row mounted planter. When I bought it I knew the universal display plus that it was coming with was bad and the sensors had been troublesome. So I ordered a field iq population monitoring kit and new sensors for the existing 750 I had in the planter tractor. I also put in a section control module and 8 trucount clutches.

The clutches are working great but I can't get the population to agree with what is actually getting planted.

I spent a few days blaming the planter but after digging up a LOT of seed and keeping track of how many bags of seed were going on I have determined the planter is doing exactly as it is supposed to.

I have the planter set for about 31,100, my math came out to 30,710 when I put a bag in each hopper and went to empty. During that time the monitor was saying from 12,000 to 16,000 with 35% to 50% singulation.

I found the population adjustment in the menu and it is set to 0%

Any other suggestions or ideas?

Thanks,
