I have the same problem with my 8516 and it seems like it's getting alittle worse as I get more acres on the clutches. Yesterday I counted 11 out of 16 rows that were dragging. My dealer told me to take some of the shims out between the meter and the disk. I haven't done it yet, but I'm going to try it before things dry out again. I noticed one row was off, but still seeding at almost full rate.
