Subject: Re: neighbor getting alittle close

southern MN
One neighbor his help plowed up the corner stone.

Another neighbor his kid was picking rocks, and used the loader to pick up the corner stone and threw it on the rock pile.

Another neighbor circles around the two small trees that are the boundary marker - on my side of the boundary - and has encouraged me to get rid of the trees. I guess so its easier to move in my direction?

I ask my good neighbor every year what traits he has, and spray with my small 3pt sprayer over onto his stuff 2 rows, as we plant row to row to each other. He seems happy with that, I don't mind the few bucks to get rid of the thistle and ragweed buildup. And we share a lot of borders, he is on three sides of me.

On the other hand dad used to share a border with my uncle, dad would use uncles furrow to plow into, so as not to leave a ridge or create a row of weeds, I suspect over the 40-50 years dad gained 16 inches a few times, I really don't know where that border should be.....

So it does go both ways, and I do understand your point.

But still, the fella with the steering wheel is supposed to know.... I understand your point, but if you are given the steering wheel, you are given the responsibility not to ruin my crops. I used to figure every row was worth $25, that doubles now with the high crop prices.

I'm sure that is chump change to the big guys, but it adds up to small fry like me.
