if you accept that there might be an offset and apply 1/2 of the 2 foot gap, does it then work OK? usually there is an overlap on one side and a gap on the other side, if the width is correct and you have some hidden offset, I'd start over and put in whatever offset and swath width it takes to get the results I wanted on the ground, and then see if I could find the hidden offset of the GPS antenna to the center of the planter.
