What receiver are you currently running (model and make)? You say it is "only 1Hz" however it is possible that the receiver is simply set at 1Hz but has the capability of 5Hz. If it is an Ag Leader receiver or Trimble, you should be able to change the update rates in the Integra in the GPS screen.
Again, if you could tell us what receiver you are running we can determine pretty quick what it is capable of.
