True, but only if you have good neighbors to begin with. I could show you a torn up fence that started as new and a 8 foot x 1/2 mile strip of sprayed wheat that is the norm with a particular neighbor. He's a legend in his own mind. "Daddy's" money got him where he is today but "daddy" will not be there when he walks that final road.
For the OP I would suggest KNOWING exactly where his property line is and letting the neighbor and law enforcement know what is going on if it continues. |
