Hillsboro,Texas | When I lost my dad, I felt so lost right before the funeral...A friend of mine told me to get something personal of my dad's and put it in my pocket.... I got his pocketknife that he carried for years,I carried his knife during the viewing, funeral and about week or so afterwards, then I put it away in the safe, even now when I go to a special family function( weddings or funerals or whatever, I take his knife)...none of my family knows of this..just knowing I got a piece of him with me at times , helps alot....He has been gone for 13 yrs......
