That's like having a doctor tell you that you have both Gonorrhea and Syphilis, then asking which one you want to keep? I'd remove both and get an Antivirus that isn't bloated.
Your Internet Provider told you that you have two antivirus programs on your computer? How did they know that? This sounds odd to me.
