| I have a lot of music purchased on ITUNES and need to get it running again. I have the latest version of I tunes updated, (as I removed Itunes and Re-Installed to no avail)
Get Message saying Data Execution prevented I tunes from opening. Well I read the directions to add Itunes to the list for Data Execution to bypass looking at Itunes, but my computer does not allow itunes to be added to that list. When i go to the forums, i read that Quicktime has something to do with it. I had Quicktime and uninstalled that with no sucess for opening I tunes. Even read for Quicktime to be updated to latest version, tried that and no luck. I have had this happen before with my Vista updating to the original Service Pack 1. I had PC anywhere which is a norton product, which was causing the update to fail. I had to remove that and once that was done, Service Pack 1 successfully installed. So with that said, I know it's probably a software conflict. Any help would be much appreciated! | |
