Hmm, I wander here and there...

There are a couple things that stand out, assuming they are not just typo's.

#1 the Access point SSID is listed as ubnt while the Station is looking for ubnet. They need to match.
#2 the fall back IP addresses do not have enough numbers. They should be 192.168.0.3 and 192.168.0.4 You can substitute anything from 0 to 254 in place of the #.#.0.#

A couple basic questions.
Is the Access point plugged into the router?
Can you access the setup page on the Access Point from your computer when it is plugged into the router?
What is the IP Address of your router?
--to get that go to Start->Run-> enter cmd in the box ->type ipconfig in the new black box. List what is says for IPv4 Address and Default Gateway.

That should get us started.
