Texas/New Mexico Stateline | Is this possible?
Is there a way I can have a hot link in an email, and the reader can hover over the link and get a short summary of what the link is about? Or more specifically, say a Bible scripture. They hover over the link, and the text comes up.

I'm not really super savvy when it comes to computers, I'm just wondering if anything like this is possible?
I would like to make it easier for the reader instead of having to click the link and open a new window or tab. |
