They require that it "completely unsubscribes" from all mail, so yes it is supposed to unsubscribe from all email notifications. We have blocked hotmail, live and msn accounts from new registrations. The problems with these email accounts are getting ridicules. If anyone moves one of our emails to their spam folder or reports it as spam they ban all email from our server. | |
