E.Central MN | In 96 I watched the market go up, then drop, go up, then drop, go up, etc. It was very gut-wrenching to go thru. I had put up a new bin without a driveway so I didn't want to contract it til I could ship it. Sold at $5.07. This current market seems so much crazier, its scary. From ag's perspective these crop prices and input prices should be headline news day after day. But the rest of the country doesn't hardly notice, then again they didn't notice when corn was $2 or milk was $9 either. | |
