Land was $3,000 per acre when corn was $2.50, I guess $6,000 isn't much out of line now. Seems crazy to me but I cant pull the trigger-but may be kicking myself when it is $10,000.
My gut says someday when the interest rates go up that is what will kill the prices...until then...
