central - east central Minnesota - | What selling price range are you expecting ? In our little world, old small (40 - 120 ac) farmsteads being offered or auctioned are not selling. Granted, these are not good farm land type farms, and have been suited for splitting up into 10 ac building sites of past. The land owners are thinking prices from 3 yrs back and not the current price range, so they nosale them or take'em off the market. Good luck on your sale, I like auctions. It brings out the current local market prices. |
