Like your numbers related to bread and cereal.
Several years ago I had a book about the history of the breakfast cereal companies. Very interesting and you are right about what they make from a bushel of corn or wheat compared to the farmer. The numbers are in this book. Fascinating read.
Some of you might want to type "history of breakfast cereal" in the search box and maybe this book will present itself.
For years I've thought about taking our grain and making corn starch or some product from it knowing all along--like all of you--how much more profit the other guys were making.
