| Paying for $2000 land with $4.50 corn and $10 beans has got to help somebody. Me. We are getting rich if we just don't waste the opportunity. As far as I'm concerned we have had inflation all along. $40 K pickups have been on the scene for a while. Long before the subprime disaster.
Discipline folks, discipline. Cash may not seem like a good position in these inflated times, but if times turn really bad it would be nice to have a sheckle or two on hand Think of the dudes that could buy land in the late 80's after a 66% deline is asset values. | |
