I have become frustrated with "farming on paper" . I consider them an excercise in futility. Market volatility can render them useless. The bank would require them and you could look back on them and giggle. I don't have to do that anymore so I don't. If you are a numbers guy, more power to you. I do a financial statement every year so I can track my progress, but that's about it. My crystal ball hasn't functioned in years.
Cost projections....for the folks that don't do them.
