Where do you read any connection to subsidies or USDA benefits and their surveys?
The food stamp folks take the biggest bite of the USDA budget. Will they be completing the USDA survey also? Maybe they are offered the same, I don't really know.
This is like me telling someone if they didn't serve in the Army, they have no US rights, or even a right to complain. I know better than that.
