I guess then emotions would play a big part in any purchase, or how bad do you want it. Theres no cut and dried formula like owning a apartment building or some other such commercial building. Just thought that at 2500/acre-probably a no-brainer, but at what price does a guy start to wince at 5-6-7-9k/acre.?
