No issues at all here. yes you have to give them some info such as copy of tax return and fill out the acres you farm and historic yields. You have to send them every bid and estimate also. There is like a 50 dollar application or loan fee but big deal. My first bin was at 4.25 5 yrs ago and now this one was 5.00.
