southern MN | Wonder what happens to property taxes? Anything urban/city/town will have to fall off in coming years, farmland will be carrying the load on property taxes...... But, I drift off topic.
Cheaper corn would lower ethanol prices & maybe pull fuel down a hair, so lower grain prices might be viewed as a good thing for fuel prices as well?
Probably water availability in western veggie regions will have a bigger effect on human _food_ costs than anything, but people still connect bulk grain prices to food in their head.
