As Paul says, man are you bullish. I think there are going to be a lot of obstacles to overcome before we approach the nirvana of the future. For one thing we are facing a very tight fertilizer cartel that is as powerful as OPEC, maybe even more powerful. And even though ethanol has blossomed, it still is only one vote away from one form of govt destruction or another. For example the EPA could grant California the waiver that they wanted to eliminate ethanol use. All other coastal states(easy import of oil states) would apply for it immediately. One good growing season around the world and we're back to the "surplus grain" situation, especially if the US$ goes up.
