Subject: Demand now vs. then

What were the demand factors and degree back when corn and beans made their all-time-highs--------versus-----------the demand factors/degree now?

1. Has there ever been the demand for corn and beans (and wheat) that we now have?
2. If the demand now is by far the greatest ever then what should the price of corn and beans be?

For some time now I have stated: Unprecedented demand = unprecendented high prices. Isn't it that simple ?

What do some of you think?
