(lol) Oh well, its only for one year.
It looks like everything is going to go year to year for a while. We could all be paying $300+ rents at some point depending on where price goes. It's more work redoing contracts, but I think it will work out best for both tennant and landlord in the long run - too risky either way to lock things in.
