I FEED cornstock round bales ( free choice in bale feeder) and feed a limited amount of grass hay on the ground ( if it froze). i firmly believe Crystalyx lick tubs fill the void of what they are not getting. Crystalyx isn't cheap- but i dont have enough cows or people to do a daily ration with biproducts TMR,etc- in it.

i calf in late Feb.
