There are a lot of those slip form elevators don't have adequate rebar in them. During construction, if there is a thunderstorm within about 15 miles, the guy holding up the 20 foot bar gets shocks. Nobody likes that. So, no rebar goes in for awhile. They don't stop pouring. I can show people several elevators that are worth a lot less than nothing.
