Western Iowa | That was I was thinking also Garvo, You guys almost sound proud you can hit 100 acres a day with 2 combines...... how can you afford 2 combines with that little productivity?
Shoot, we run an old 9500 yet with an 8 row head and can get 70-80 acres a day real consistant. Need to be out there at 6:30 in the morning, greased and fueled by 7, run till 8 or 9 at night. If you really want to get something done, go till midnight............ repeat next day.
And the fields I run in are not flat and square, but most places if we want we can keep the head on, during short road trips. Honestly if it is over a mile or so..... we pull the head
