I was thinking for that kind of money, a person could help out alot of children. I'm not saying these people who spend that kind of money don't help out others but I think it is a form of gluttony to have that kind of money and spend it on a "painting" or whatever object is out there. I would be embarrassed to spend 75 mil on a painting, I couldn't do it, knowing what good I could do with it instead.
