Do you have enough hyd flow to increase the floor chain rate?  maybe your at Max rpm for the flow your giving it.

Is there a hyd filter on the spreader?  plugged? 

Does the chain slow down at slower speeds or the rpms just stay a constant rate at all ground speeds?

Do you have ground speed on the EDGE?
