No unlocks needed. Just need to change one menu from EZSteer to Autopilot. 500 will work fine, only downside is you need a laptop and "trimble service software" (Autopilot Toolbox II) to calibrate the system. If your tractor is equipped with a platform kit it should have the autosense installed already...unless someone took it off.
