Davpal ,I like your ruler idea as I use 80 at the max. age a man can live too or still have some decent quality of life. Percentage wise its pretty low the 80+ guys that can travel,farm or do what they want physically and mentally . Probably less than 1% . Now if you are a female tack on 10-15 yrs.
