Rivers, MB | Yep. I filled out a JD survey one time and we happened to be not very happy with our service from the dealer for a period before that. Service manager called me unhappy about 2 weeks after i sent in the survey because they got a bad mark from corporate. He wished I had talked to him directly. Problem was that I had and it wasn't getting through. It sure did after the survey! We know have a very good relationship.
To the original poster. Who cares about a signature. Its harder to fake that kind of a signature than one that is neatly written out. I have bigger things to worry about than signatures on letters. Maybe I'm the only one though. | |
