I dought if "those Rascally Canadians" will get too wild on wheat. You need to rember they have the CWB taking a "cut" out of the wheat market in most areas. I think 1-2 Provedences have thrown the CWB out, but I think the majority of the wheat/barley areas is still under CWB thumb. That makes other crops look better for most.
What is wrong with wheat?
